How we treat your words

What we store

• An anonymous session ID, generated when you first open the app, to keep your saved artefacts and cart separate from anyone else's.
• Your saved keepsakes, journal entries, cart, and any profile name you choose. Stored in data/users//.
• If you join the newsletter: your email address, optional name, selected email types, consent and confirmation times, subscription status, and a hashed record of the signup IP. These are stored in a private server database so we can honour your choices.
• Quote orders and shout outs you create. Stored on this device for the duration of your session.

What we do not do

• We do not sell newsletter subscriber data.
• We do not use third-party trackers on this app version.
• We do not require an account to feel something here. You can use every feature as a guest.
• We do not log your mood taps or your journal entries on any server.

Your choices

• You can change newsletter email types or unsubscribe using the links in every newsletter. We keep an opt-out record so we do not email you again by mistake. Contact us to request access to or erasure of your newsletter data.
• You can close the tab and come back. Your journal entries stay only for that session.
• You can reach the studio at Privacy contact address is being configured to ask for any data to be removed.

Newsletter delivery

We email a confirmation link before adding you to the list. The email delivery service receives your address and message content to deliver the emails you requested. We record send outcomes and do not add tracking pixels or track opens. Unconfirmed requests expire; you can ask us to remove your data at any time.
